nada guides for used hybrids
I am considering up gradeing from a jayco pup to a jayco hybrid. I have three floor plans in mind, kiwi 21c or 23b and jay feather 19h or 23b. What I would like to know is why the asking price of a kiwi htt is so much higher than the nada guides price. I have found private party sellers double the nada guides and dealers three times the nada prices. I have found this to be true also with the jay feathers. I have found a 2007 19h and 2008 23b at nada prices as well as other later htts. These high prices seam to be happening on 2006 and older htts. I would like to hear from someone because I plan on looking at a 2001 kiwi 23b on Friday morning with an asking price of 6,300.00 and a nada guide price of 4,800.00. I think the asking price is to high for an 11 year old htt. To give it credit the htt is located in the southwest and from the pictures lookes to be in good shape and well maintained with new tires, battery and new 8 gal. propain tanks.
Thanks for your help.
