The awning lights were stock. I hadn't realized they were there until the walk-through. The battery box I grabbed the Torklift Power Armor box for 6V batteries. They had to mount it down at a small angle to leave room to slide the top on/off.

And side note: the battery issue was that I seemed to have blown the inline fuse right off the bat. Swapped it out and back to normal. Yay.

Very nice! I like the layout a lot. I just got an X20E and love it, but the extra space in yours is great. More counter space, bigger fridge, and real drawers. My TV isn't quite enough to pull one around, but if it was...

I had them tweak things before I took ownership so the battery box and batteries I picked up. I had the fantastic fan, cover, and slideout awning put in as well.

So far, the only problem is that the batteries aren't hooked up I've got 12.9V across them in the box but when I unplug from shore power nadda. I'll be going battery disconnect hunting in the morning I guess.

Love the pics, thanks. Great setup. I pick up my 2014 x23b in a week or so, and can't wait. It's our first camper ever! I love the battery box that you put on, but wanted to know more about the fan and fan cover and slideout awning. Is the fan just for venting the bathroom (blows out vs. in)? Did it just replace a skylight? Are those "dealer options" that can be added on? Does the slideout really need an awning, or is it just double protection from the weather?

So this replaces the fan that's normally in there with a unit called a 'fantastic fan'. It's the single best thing we did to the trailer when we got it and it's awesome. It's got 3 speeds, can pull air in as well as out. We've got a cover over it outside so we can run it in the rain/etc. We leave the bathroom door open and it helps pull air through the windows, the camper, and then out of the bathroom. It makes a HUGE difference in keeping air moving, condensation out, etc. Definitely ask your dealer about it.

This was part lazy. If you're under a tree or you get dirst/etc up on the slide out, you need to clean it out so that it doesn't tear at the seal when you move the slide in/out. I got the cover because it seemed to make this lower maintenance and hopefully will help the seals hold longer. That's the idea anyway. Again, I had the dealer install it before I picked it up.
