Reading Schematics

OK folks, I'm interested in hanging a medicine cabinet on the wall in the bathroom of my X23B. It would be above the sink which is on an exterior wall. I contacted Jayco for the drawings but not sure I am reading them correctly. I'll try and post pictures of the schematics. I've marked the approximate location of the medicine cabinet with a red box.
Here's what I think I've figured out.
1. The Wall Assembly has steel frames - see item 19 - I'm assuming 28GA stands for a gauge, 3 is the width and 76 is the length. No idea on depth/or thickness, but assuming pretty thin. But there are some wood frames that appear to be 1" thick - see item 24. (photo 1)
2. The interior panel is lined with a thin paneling sheet - see item 4/7. The Part Description says Lauan/Panel, Accent 2.7 x 48 x 78. I assume the 48x78 is length and width, and a quick google tells me 2.7mm is 1/8 inch thick. So that makes sense. (Photo 2)
3. The foam layout appears to show they used 1" thick Styrofoam for insulation - see item 24.
So from this I conclude that the interior wall is 1/8" thick and I have 1" of foam/wood frame before I hit the outer wall. So I need some sort of anchor that will work on the 1/8" panel but is short enough to not puncture the exterior wall.
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Here is a picture I took at the Jayco factory that shows a side view of the panels to give you an idea of the thickness.

I installed a second medicine cabinet in our 24'TT. I used "Molly bolts". Don't know if that's the official term, but you buy them based on the thickness of the wall you're putting them in. I used 4 of them and they worked fine. Basically, you drill about a 1/4" Hole, insert this molly, put the screw in and draw it down. The thing collapses and draws up against the inside wall. You then remove the screw, put up the medicine cabinet, and done. A little simplified, but they have worked well for me putting up things on thin paneling.

I've used these as well. I've always refered to them as "butterfly" nuts, as they expand like butterfly wings on the backside of the wall/drywall.
Only drawback to them is that you never want to have to remove them, as you will have to cut out a round hole in the wall to do so. Should not be an issue with your application though.
