I am interested in a wireless rear view for my wife's small car with blind spots in back. Does anyone have one that is extra nice for a decent price, under $150.00?
I have read reviews till I am blue in the face but I value JOF opinions also.

I, too, am looking for advice on this item. Until/unless someone chimes in with a better solution . . . what did your research turn up?

We want a camera for the back of our TT, but it is the same idea as what you want.

Yes...is there a camera that is hard wired to the back of the trailer that has a quick waterproof disconnect when not towing.

I had one of the cheaper wirless cameras on my truck just to use when hitching up alone.I have a long bed crew cab and the camera had allot of static and made it hard to use.

Look on Walmart.com and some of the automotive sites, also Ebay and Amazon. There are gazillions of them and the reviews on all I read are mixed.

I tried one of those license plate mounted cameras and the signal was not strong enough to reach the TV. It is about 40 feet from the TT's license plate mount to the dash in the TV. The signal was not strong enough to transmit that far, plus the back wall of the TT blocked a good amount of the signal. All we could see was squiggly lines on the monitor.

Just my thoughts,

Don

That looks like a good deal. Once I get infront of a computer screen. I may have to order it. I want to make sure its made by rearveiw safety and it also comes with both cameras.

Adding another camera to the back of the TT could only make this better. The more information you have (spotter + mirrors + camera), the less stressful it is.

Cameras aren't essential, but certainly would help.
Unless you have a requirement to drive with the tailgate open (down). Then that camera is useless.
