Talk to your local boat shop. They probably have someone that makes and repairs boat covers. On our old pop up, the rear bunk collapsed, tearing about an 18" hole. The repaired it so you could tell from more the a few feet away. I also had them repair Ez-ups twice. I just have to take the canvas off the pop up or Ez-up frame. Each repair was whatever their $25 or so minimum charge was. The place I go, the guy comes in once a week to pickup, and typically drops it repaired the following week.
