Unleveled driveway parking

Looking for some advice. I'm planning on storing my new X23B at an RV storage lot (I have a small driveway so can't have it there all year round), but will also need to bring it home to pack it up a few days before each trip and to unload after each trip. And if there were a week or so between trips, I would also just leave it home, rather than take it back to the storage lot. I have a slight grade to my driveway, not big, and I'm wondering if it's too much to even park it on for short periods of time. My thought is that I'd back the trailer in, chock it up, level it out with the the tongue jack, and be all set. Does that sound kosher? Here are a couple of pictures that show the grade...it's very slight, but it's a grade, nonetheless. Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

That will be fine. You should be able to get perfectly level.'
Mine is even steeper. I can get within 1" of level.

Sounds like you have a good plan. Do it just you would at camp. My only recommendation is to get rid of the caster wheel for the tongue. Here is a picture of mine on the street in front of the house. I use two of my thin leveling boards that make up a large pad. The base is two 6”x12” piece of 1” thick plywood. And then I have a 2x6 on top of that (not secured) and then a 4x4 on top of that secured to the 2x6. This will help spread the weight out over a larger area and keep the tongue from sinking in to the asphalt.

Do make sure to choke the wheels, I would do it on both sides to ensure it does not roll at all.

I wish I had your driveway. Mine's so steep I have to park the TT in the street. Fortunately, our borough doesn't have any parking regulations (yet) for RVs. However, I try not to keep it there for long periods of time because we live in a cul-de-sac and it makes it difficult for large vehicles (like the garbage truck) to turn around with it parked there.

Great, thanks guys. One more question for this rookie. Is there a way to have the brakes on the camper locked when it's not attached to the TV...like a parking brake? I don't mean chocking it up or even using a scissor lock (for sure I'll do that), but can you engage the electric brakes when it's disconnected from the TV?

Technically, yes, you can engage the brakes while not connected to the tow vehicle by pulling the break away cable. However, you DO NOT want to do this. First, the electric brakes and not designed for continuous engagement. Second, it would kill the battery in short order.

Just securely chock the wheels.

I have to park mine on the street for now. The existing RV pad is about 6 feet too short, so I need to move fence, move sprinklers, move some earth, etc.
Anyway, mine is in the street leveled. Rear passenger frame corner is 40" from the ground, and front driver is only 14". Take your time, and level it jut like you would onsite.

I would also recommend some nicer chocks than the shove behind the wheel kind:

Sorry for all the camping world links. It was lazy, because they carry them all.

I have ramps that I used as chocks whenever I parked my HTT on he driveway. Can't do that now (park on driveway) with the 32' trailer.

I don't know how it is up in your area but you might want to check with the city if your TT is going to block the sidewalk when parked in your driveway. Here in San Antonio if you block a side walk with a car, TT, etc., it is a $145 fine.

I also have a pretty good slope to my driveway. I put pieces of wood under the tongue. I also use wheel chocks. I always pull forward against them. Then I put the stabilizers down too to create a brake, or resistance. Works good!
