Water heater, fridge problems

just spent 1st long weekend with my newly purchased Kiwi 17A. Water heater would work if I lit pilot and fired up. Water would get hot, then, burner and pilot would go out. Would work again if I relit it. Fridge would work if lit manually. ran for 4 hrs, flame and pilot out. relit, worked over 12 hours same thing. Thinking possible bad propane regulator since both appliances affected. Low pressure? Any thoughts, guys?

I had a similar issue this Spring...a small amount of pressure would build-up after sitting awhile - enough to lite the stove...but it would quickly die out. Turned out to be an obstruction in the high pressure hose (between the propane tanks and regulator)

RV dealer replaced tanks. Don't know any more than that. Replacing regulator, cheap insurance. also fridge thermocouple. Again, cheap enough to try as opposed to new unit, $1100. Will post more after. Thanks for the help.
