X17Z stove/oven won't stay screwed in...?.?

Screws holding the stove /oven into the counter continually fall out and the stove slides out during travel ( not all the way). Anyone taken stove out all the way? How is it done? I need to see why screws won't stay in. Any help is appreciated.

Is the camper under warranty? If so take it to a dealer. If not time to look at what the screws are trying to grip to. If some sort of particle board/thin material it might be a good time to either beef that area up or put a larger type metal piece under it to give it more gripping strength. Seems like an easy enough fix to do. Also think about using bolts and nuts instead of wood screws,

Had that exact problem on our x17z, 2014 model. To fix, I used a trick my grandfather used a lot. Break off some toothpicks in the hole, squirt in some wood glue, then put the screw back in. It won't come out after that. (I actually used a wood skewer for BBQ and broke off a piece inside the original screw hole. Added the glue and good to go!
