I am not familiar with this one but let me ask this question: is there any sort of manual override to where you can use a socket wrench to lower it?

BTW, I deleted your other post since it's a dupe and put this one here (which is the right place).

Give it a day to "cool off"/reset and it might just work... mine had a safety switch inside that acted like a circuit breaker.. it just timed out for however long and then it worked again...

If it's a thermal, you have to wait for it to cool to reset.

Is it possible that it has a travel limit switch and that hand cranking the jacks back down a bit will allow the electric system to turn on again? Don't know, but there might be a limit switch.

First I would check power at the fuses with a meter. Then check in your convertor if a fuse is blown "inhouse". If you have power to the fuses then you most likely either blew the motor or hopefully just the switch.

To test take out the two screws holding in the switch and put a meter on them. They should always have power on one lead. Put the tester on one wire and test across all three wires. If you don't have power then it's somewhere before the switch. If you have confirmed power you could create a jumper wire to go across the leads very briefly to see if movement occurs. Before I did this though I would hand crank your legs down some to allow for the movement should it go up first.

If they move then you confirmed the switch is bad. If not then most likely you fried the motor.

My friend did this before and sheared of the drive on his unit. Manual and motor would not work as a result, his motor just spun and it was stuck on his truck for over a week while the part came in.

We had that happen with the fuse in our Montana 5er. There was a tube fuse in the wiring loom. It was hard to find.

On mine there is a 30a inline fuse right by the motor. You can see it thru the switch panel.

After contacting my dealer service tech he indicated the fuse for the front jacks was not in or near the battery box as first thought.

He told me to follow thw wireing harness through the ceiling of the front storage toward rhe jack motor, above the propane tanks and to the right above the jack control up down switch is a mess of wires going to switch motor and harness, among the wires there is a black fuse holder that takes the mini 30 amp fuse.

hope this helps someone.

thanks for all thecomments

Look at the line going to the motor (in the basement - probably upper right side). There is probably an blade type fuse in that line - there is in mine. Replace the fuse and it should work. I replaced mine with a re-setable circuit breaker after the fuse blew the second time. poor engineering by Jayco.

Attempting to raise them to high is the most frequent cause of this fuse blowing. I bought a supply of them and taped a few next to the fuse. Mine has never blown but I learned the lesson on another rig.

Glad you got it going,
