2 year warranty ???

Let me start with ; 'I never throw anything away' (99.9999 % of the time).

With that said, we go back to 5/13/2013, the day we purchased our Autumn Ridge 26RLS StarCraft TT. I believe that StarCraft fell under the 50 YEAR ANNIVERSARY to qualify for the two year warranty and my assumed expiration date would be on or about 5/13/2015. The problem is I can not find anything in writing----'I never throw anything away' ??????

What muddies up the above, is that a 2 year Roadside Assistance was included with the warranty. We have that, but the expiration is 7/5/2015.

Having a conflict it dates is one thing, but what do I do about the warranty documentation, if there was any given to me during delivery of the TT ???

Your ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks, YIKES

Your dealer should have the information, I've never been asked for any documentation.

It should start from date of purchase. Warranty coverage details are in the owners manual.

Referencing the Owners Manual, I would call it generic. It is not unit specific. Basically the manual states 1 year warranty, but I believe it is over ridden by the Peace of Mind - Pure and Simple. The original purchaser for 24 months (2 years).

StarCraft has an on-line form that you can submit for questions. I just found this a few minutes ago and It requires parts of the serial number of the unit, which leads me to believe that they also have a record of the history on our TT.

Let's see what happens in the next few days should I receive an answer.

Thanks, YIKES

Here is a link to the Starcraft website: http://www.starcraftrv.com/contact/

They are usually pretty quick in replying.

My dealer sent in the warranty paperwork so when I call the factory, they have all the information. Maybe your dealer did this???
