2003 Jayco Heritage leak

We have a 2003 Jayco Heritage 29.8 ft 2 door model. It is leaking down the right hand side (drivers side). We thought it was a couple of windows so have had them taken out and resealed and have had the roof "Titan" coated (a membrane covering over the roof).

The leak is at the front side window on the right and at the back side window by the back door. The water at the front window seems to be pooling in the wall above the window, and running down inside the wall and coming out on the floor under the seat where the floor meets the wall, by the battery.

Some water did come out around the window which is why we thought it was the window itself. At one stage water was leaking through the window winder.

The back window/door seems to be the same and coming out at the floor down beside the door.

The wall of the van is made up of aluminium slats which are a slide fit together. I have sealed these and it did seem to make make a difference, but it still leaks a little bit after having a hose run over it.

Anyone else have similar problem (or know anything)?

The unfortunate thing is leaks can come from anywhere on the roof and show up in a totally different place... only thing you can do is get up there and go over your roof on your hands and knees looking close for any pinhole leaks... all caulking should be replaced at this point
Lots of work I know...
