Question 2009 G2 bunkhouse Slide out

OK we have an issue with our front slide out (Kitchen dinette)
there is a grove cut into this long black plastic under the carpet where the slide out rides when you bring it in , and its catching the carpet , it looks like its a wear item and is designed to lift the slide out just enough to clear the carpet, i called the phone number in the owners Manuel for the side out and its disconnected... if any one knows what this is let me know and if i need to add a picture let me know Thanks Roy & Joyce

the number for the slide out company says RBW ...

Seems to be:

Jayco Part Number: 0162351, GLIDE,STRIP FLUSH FLOOR SLIDE OUT 2"X96"X3/8" (PLASTIC)

I don't have a pic on my end to compare it to.

Runs about $30

From the deep wear mark, have you had any problems with your slide? Is it our slightly more on the bottom than the top?
