I agree.

Not on the JayFlights. It was just heated, enclosed and insulated underbelly with foil.

Edit, I apologize but you are correct. I just looked at my paperwork and it says the roof should have foil too. I will look to see if it is there tomorrow.

There are also some openings in the bottom of the metal ductwork that blow into the underbelly.

I almost would rather have Jayco refund me the money for the thermal package then have my trailer tore apart.....
Did they put the 'thermal package' sticker on the outside and miss installing the components? Or did they miss the package altogether on the order? Did the build sheet show thermal package?

The jay flight thermal package includes some foil in the roof and slide out floors.
Thermal Package
Includes: Insulated, Heated, & Enclosed Underbelly, Foil Insulation in Roof and Slideout Floors

Yes, I have the sticker. Yes, it appears they missed everything in the underbelly I have not confirmed the roof or slide out yet. And yes, it was on the build sheet. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money refunded. I am sure that will not be easy.

Good for you. I hope they refund the money without too much grief.

I am very pleased to say that Jayco has approved my request for a refund and it only took 10 minutes of being on the phone. Thank you Jayco for doing the right thing without a fight!

Honestly I will probably just run the duct myself and be done with it. I don't feel like tearing the underside all apart to install insulation.
