Air conditioner and microwave no power

2016 Alanta 31v. Everything was working then we stopped for gas and my gf turned on the generator to use the microwave. Air cond was on, microwave with a few seconds then both a/c and micro lost power. Checked breakers and reset ask of them, but no help.

Anyone know where else to look?

Did you reset the switch on the generator?

I just thought of that but we are driving again so I'll check at next stop. It's a Onan 4k, any idea where the reset will be? The generator runs do an I correct in assuming the switch is a breaker that keeps any power from leaving the genset?

Under the cover, next to the start stop switch.

That is correct, on the larger units it is located close to the hour meter.

Hmm, our hour meter is inside on the wall next one of two start/stop toggle switches. I'll stop in about an hour and check. Thanks!

Self.....

The geny breaker should allow both micro and a/c to run at the same time as long as you don't turn them both on at the same time.
