air conditioning dont work, New 22FB??

I have a brand new 2014 jayco jayflight 22FB and we haven't had to use the air till last week, and it don't work. the thermostat works the fan and all but when its put to cold the compressor don't kick on, the breakers are fine, and the thermostat seems to be working Help, im calling my dealer trying to get it in since its still under warranty any thoughts??

I pull the thermostat off the wall and check all the wiring connections they have been known to be loose.

Some of the wires up under the a/c cover are 'push on' to the start capacitor, perhaps wires are off

i did pull off the thermostat and checked the wires, they all seem tight but maybe I will pull the caps off and reattach, is the air conditioning cover easy to get off??

Another save by JOF. Thanks alot Grumpy. Had the same problem that this post was started on. Couldn't figure it out. AC had worked before but wouldn't work this past weekend. And it was hot...... finally thought to jump on this forum. Bam there was my help. Pulled the thermostat off the wall and wire had backed out. AC working and back to the fun knowing we had a cool place to sleep that night. Thanks again.
