Another leaky roof issue
We bought our used 2006 Jayco Jayflight about 4 years ago. This past spring it was discovered that our roof, according to our dealer, is unsafe. They have recommended that we replace it immediately at $100/linear sqft; at 29ft, that's a minimum $3k expenditure.
I've read through several threads and there seems to be a quite a few related to this issue. What do people recommend our next steps be? Do we just get the roof fixed? Do we trade in our existing unit for a different one (we've been told by more experienced campers that once you have a leaky roof, you always have a leaky roof)? Contact Jayco? Contact manufacturer?
Any hints or suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks
