You could remove it, set it on a couple of blocks and then put pressure on it to see if you can bend it back. It may take a LOT of force to do so. Worst case is you will bend it too far and buckle it, which would mean a new tube. Be careful removing as that spring in there also has a lot of force.
If it was water on the awning that did the damage I'd check the rail mounted to the trailer to make sure it wasn't pulled out anywhere too.
