Battery not charging and converter fan running

Parked my White Hawk for a couple of weeks. Did not put battery on charge. Hooked it to my truck up this morning and am now on my way to AZ. I noticed the battery was drained this morning, but figured it would charge as I was driving. It didnt. I also noticed that my converter fan is running continously. Any suggestions? The camper is only 4 tmonths old. The only drain that I know of on the battery, while it was parked, is the clock on the radio.

You also have a gas detector and I know from doing that it will drain battery in two weeks or less. I also had my converter go out in the first month of owning my trailer

did you check the fuse in the battery box to see if it is ok or put a volt meter on the battery

I did not check the fuse on the battery. My lights were working, so I'm thinking the battery had a small change. I did check 40 amp fuse in the converter. Its ok. I'm camped for the night. I plugged into shore power for about 4 hours and left to eat. When I came back, I unplugged the shore cord and checked the bat level on my panel...it showed half a charge. Hopefully, the batrery is charging and that's why the converter fan is running non-stop...I don't guess it will hurt anything to run. I dont have a volt meter with me to check the battery

it sounds like it is alright. The converter is doing its best to pump out the volts to get the system up to par. It is a 3 stage charging system...it will likely slow down after a while

Check the water level in the batteries... this charge may evaporate some of the water..

A good check for battery is .... when on shore power, does battery show full charge. My rig has a electronic board that will show all 4 red lights on for battery check if everything is AOK. If it shows less than this there is a short in battery.

A word of caution regarding the battery monitor panel that comes with the TT. The one on my TT is not consistent. For what it is worth, I would treat it like the gray water and black water monitors... not accurate.

It sounds to me like that you have a battery failure issue. I would have the battery disconnected from the system and checked. I have seen batteries that are bottomless pits. Just keep on taking a charger without charging.
