Bent axle new 154bh baja??? How did that happen

Hi. Help. My axle is bent- upward!
This is our 6th time out in our
new trailer (bought Nov13).
Never ever overloaded, never
hit anything, never 4x4. Very gentle.
Dealership did the tow package.
Checked whilst on local trip.
It's bent. I'm so confused. I would
have DEF spotted this before.

Is this a disaster? Is it warranty?
I will post pics.

Thanks in advance

It should have a slight arch to it. That way your tires should wear evenly. If you had a straight axle the inside edge of your tires will wear much faster than the rest of the tire.

Wow. I didn't realize that. Sorry, I'm a newby to all this.
I swear when I was cleaning underneath last month it was
straight. I looked at some other trailers today and they were
Straight.

There are different axle types used by the RV industry, and the type of axle utilized can very depending on trailer frame design and load ratings.

Some axle types are straight (i.e.; Torsion style, etc.), but many trailer leaf spring axles have a slight camber but will tend to straighten when under load.
