Brakes, bearings and seals

I just got my first RV ever. It's a 2010 Octane ZX 26Y. I have a Tekonsha Voyager brake controller that I've adjusted per the owner's manual, and I've adjusted the brakes too. They work, but seem very weak and barely slow down my vehicle when going 20mph. I've checked the voltage to them and they are all getting over 13 volts, so I'm thinking it's time to tear into the brakes and see what the problem is.

Question is, where is the best place to buy the parts (dealer excepted) and where do I find the part numbers for what I might need? Thanks for the advice.

I have a local trailer shop (all types of trailers) that I get everything I need for all my trailers including advice on issues and problems. They stock just about everything I've ever needed like brakes, bearings, hardware etc.

Maybe look for a place like that in your area.
