Defective Front Cap 20MRB

Has anyone ever seen a front cap installed like this. We have been trying too get the dealership and Jayco to assist us in resolving this ugly factory defect. All I see is a future major leak problem. The dealership, Ocean Grove RV, St. Augustine, Fl. Offered a solution. They would accept it in a trade for nickels on the dollar. The unit is a Jayco 20MRB. We purchased the unit from Ocean Grove and it is less then 6 months. At the time of the purchase they never stopped telling us how good Jayco and Ocean Grove was.
There is more to the story but this is the meat of it. We need up. Please advise.

That may be normal for that model. Have you looked at others to see how they look? It's doesn't look pretty but prolly can't see unless on top. If others don't look like that and they won't correct...well that's what attorneys are for.

Over the years I have seen some very "minor" wavy Filon and Fiberglas front caps at the roof seams, but not the entire length of the seam. IMO your pics reflect a condition that I would be concerned about over time as it's exposed to different temperature swings.

But I have to admit I haven't inspected/viewed any Whitehawk roofs since they were introduced with the more aggressive angled front caps.
