I am a new owner of a used 2009 Jay Flight G2 23FB TT. Last week I decided to clean the fresh water holding tank. When the tank was full I expected the overflow water to drain out a tube, but instead it leaked out of several places in the plastic under shield. Does anyone know where the overflow tube is actually located in a G2 23FB model?
First of all - welcome to the forum Scamper! If you have a sec - come on over to the new member area and introduce yourself.
As far as the tank - I don't have a 23FB, but I have to imagine mine is similar. I have two small drain tubes that extend down from the tank and handle the overflow. They are very obvious and are near the low point drain.
Some people have complained in the past that they loose water during travel out of the overflows and they cap them or do a modification. It is possible that is what has happened in this situation so I would crawl on under there and look closely for evidence of the two tubes.
I'm curious about this as well - my overflows work. Actually it shocked me the first time I filled it as on my old Casita the water would just back up the fill inlet.
Your overflow tube may be to short to extend past the underbelly.
