I have had my trailer to the dealer about 6 times for this same issue, they would throw a bunch of parts at it and said it runs fine. But what they didnt say was they were testing it on a bench in the shop,my guess in the shop was no restrictions and max air flow. They never tested it in the trailer to duplicate issue. It still to this day does it,turns on,cycles on and off til it hits desired temp and shuts off.I have 1 vent in each bedroom,2 in living area/kitchen and 1 in bathroom, all standard size vents.i ran and camera down the ducts looking for blockage, crushed ducts which happen when they shove insulation in and enclose belly and the only thing i found was some insulation in the duct work. Not sure if the atwoods are suppose to cycle but it seems to happen to alot of people.

I'm not really sure what size/type of ducts are under the floor. Is that what you're referring to? The only other thing I could think of is to de rate the furnace so that it wouldn't trip. What ideas do you have Street Rod?

Sunflake. I would derate the furnace and look at the temp rise of the furnace.. I was a carrier rep for many years and never want limit switch to control a furnace. Hope this helps

I had the same thing happening so I replaced my thermostat with a digital one. It still works the same, so I contacted the dealer they said it was designed that way to prolong the life if the furnace

I agree completely! How would cycling the burner extend the life of the furnace? Sounds like a we don't want to fix it answer. But I would like to send an email to them.
