Is this a problem? (please say it isn't)
I have found on 4 of the 6 corners on body of TT at slides. I am scared by what I see. Keeping fingers crossed that you other Jayco owners (330rlst in particular ) can tell me if this is a normal thing for slides to do. I have these pictures that I took Sunday--

Well I dont have a 330rlst but I do have a 2011 G2 25RKS which has one slide and the corners dont look like yours. I would have it looked at because I dont think that is the way it should look.

the separation at corner of slide opening, is some sort of narrow band of metal that goes around top and side that is painted and coming apart at corner

It appears more like dirt than a crack based on the photos. You most likely have two types of sealant on that slide and the one bonding the metal to the walls is getting moldy or dirty due to it's adheasion properties. If you have ladder maybe get up close to it and see if you can clean a test area with some mild soap.
The photos are tough to tell conclusively.

I was on ladder looking at them, can get your fingernail under them, DW says it's my imagination getting carried away. But I am worried

My slides are nothing like yours on my 2011. The black weather stripping is all the way around and tight against the slide so I have nothing to compare against.

To me it looks like someone tried to open the slide with the locks in place.

If you had them, you would know it. They are installed on some slides when the slide is retracted to stabilize and seal them for travel. If you open the slide with the locks in place, something would have to give and damage would most likely occur. Some slides do not have them.

After looking at your pictures , it looks to me like the original cut out on the trailer sidewall was not made with a radius corner and this may be a patch job to make it appear that it was. Now I am not saying this to scare you but they may all be like this for all I know. However there was another poster who also expierenced similar problems in areas that were in cut outs for doors and slide outs. He had cracks in the fiberglass that were bonded together with a adhesive and made to look normal but over time the cracks started to appear and lengthen. It only makes sense to me that this area would be the Achilles heel of the trailer walls. Get it checked out, trust your instincts. Hope this helps.

We have the same trailer and I really don't see anything different. Our trailer does have wrinkled tape on the slide tops but we have no leaks.

Clutch, I think he is worried about what looks like fresh cracks in the corner of the wall where the lateral and horizontal sides meet above the rubber. It is most noticeable in the first photo. Vibration may have exposed where the original cut was made. I think this is the issue but I may be wrong. The good news is that they don't appear to be going anywhere except where the cut was made and now he is able to observe them over time to see if they change.

I just checked the areas on my new Jayco SuperLite and they look identical to your photos. It looks like it is the metal strip that attaches the rubber seal to the fiberglass sidewall. I too can get a finger nail under the area that appears to be coming loose. My guess is that they glued the metal strips to the fiberglass to attach the rubber seals. I am currently in Texas until April but when I get back to WV I will have my dealer look at it. Thanks for the heads up.

I think your right. I'd look at my slide out but I've got the trailer tucked away and can't open the slide. As mentioned above it may be part of rubber seal that attaches to the trailer. Just being aware of it is what is important. It may not be an issue at all.
