Good Afternoon All,

Does anyone have an email address for Jayco Customer Service?

We are preparing a letter for the GM of our dealership detailing the challenges we have faced with our new RV. But as most of those problems originate at the factory we want to ensure the manufacturer is included in resolving these issues.

When I submitted a customer service inquiry through their website (Contact Customer Service | Jayco, Inc.), they replied to me via info@jayco.com.

Thanks Jason, I am hoping someone might have something a little more personal but I will try there is that is the best I can get.

And yes Jopopsy it is fairly new. We love the layout but it definetly creates some interesting challenges.

There is a customer service link on there website and if you click it you can select customer service inquiry or parts inquiry. Just copy and paste you letter into this and they will get it.

l might give that a try. My bride created it as a PDF to ensure there are no alterations or deletions and included photos.

Follow up with actual snail mail with return receipt.

If you think someone will edit the letter, and anyone with acrobat can, this will cover you.

That is really a side benefit, the reduced file size with the dozen attached photos was the primary benefit
