License plate bracket

The bracket that holds our license on the trailer has broken. Has anyone found how to repair without buying a new tail light?

You mean the plastic bracket? I used a soldering iron to melt the plastic back together. Then I made sure I used some washers on either side of the bracket to sandwich the repair.

Mine is broken on one side. I'm just going to mount it straight to the body. I'll put some some butyl tape between it and the body to keep water out and a decent license plate frame.
