From what I can tell, a X17Z has the jacks which are made from pressed sheet metal.
On my previous trailer a 2005 Jayco Jay Feather LGT 27P, it had the same jacks. It didn't take long for me to bend those flimsy things either.
I replaced them with BAL telescopic stabilizer jacks. They held up flawlessly and could actually take a load which was helpful in 'tweeking' the level of the camper.
