metal sheeting pulling away from rear

I have a 2000, 10 foot Eagle pop-up. the metal sheeting at the rear is pulling away from the body. I have a feeling this is caused by the spare tire weight but, the sheeting know seams to be sagging in the middle which is causing sheet metal wrinkles above the middle running light. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Sounds like you have bad wood underneath. I'd start looking for water damage.

Thanks, Almost there

I found that the spare tire weight was pulling the panel behind the siding away from the support stud. This was only secured by a couple of staples. I corrected this factory short cut by putting a couple of wood screws in to properly secure the panel to the support stud. I then lifted the siding back into place and secured that with staples.

Thank You for your input.
