Need Help!

Hello all
Not really a Jayco specific question but here goes. My Power tongue jack (Barker 3000) just stopped going down? It raises the trailer just fine but will not lower? Anyone ever hear of this issue?

Possibly a bad up/down switch.

That would be my guess as well. Barker's customer service is generally excellent so I would give them a quick call before you tear into it.

They sent me one of these, along w/ a new plastic gear as my metal one is screaming occasionally. They said it's good to have a backup switch just in case. Must have to replace quite a bit. Good service.

Do you cover the jack at all?
