BBB if the dealer or jayco doesn't step up to the plate, its a shame they let this unit out the door.
Take care

A shame. Doesn't matter if it's a popup or a million dollar DP, somebody(s) forgot that the product is the face of the manufacturer. Whether a dealer with a sorry pre-delivery prep or shoddy work at the point of assembly, that is just plain sad, and did nothing to create customer goodwill.

That is too bad!

Not sure where you bought it from, but I have had very good luck with the dealer in New Brighten (talk with Eddi he has been the best of the service guys). They have been 5 stars and have fixed everything I have asked, and fixed things I did not know even were broken/out of adjustment. There was one issue that took a few trips as it was periodic issue, but documenting it with photos and a small write up, they were able to fix it right up.

If it was used in the Minneapolis camping show, I would think they should have said so and given you an added discount for the hard use they take during the show.

Send me a PM as I am in your neighborhood.
