No power from battery

I have a 2003 Jayco Kiwi Too. I had my truck wired reverse positive and negative and hooked it up my RV for a short time causing the power to not work when disconnected from shore power. My battery has full power. Trailer lights (exterior running and interior) work. 15A Fuses on the panel are good. The two 30A reverse polarity fuses on the IOTA converter are good. I followed the wires from the trailer/truck plug to the junction box and could not find an inline fuse. After the junction box the electrical wires go into the under carriage of the trailer. The entire bottom is covered with plastic. Could there be an inline fuse somewhere buried before it goes into the power distribution box? Also unsure of the order of power. Does power come from the battery/truck to the distribution panel? Or does it go from the battery to the converter before going to the panel? Any advice on what to trouble shoot would be appreciated.

Found the in-line fuse that was blown. I looked everywhere but the wires coming to and from the battery.

There are a lot of useful threads in this site.

Yes we have to pay attention when we hook up a battery. They don't burry fusses in the underbelly nor they put one in the distribution box. It should be right after the battery if not install a 30 amp. Power from the battery goes directly to the IOTA converter and from the converter it goes to the power panel. But it is the same 12 volt + line.
