For my break in oil change i used Shell/Rotella 15w/40 oil as I needed to do that maintenance and hadn't gotten the following question answered.
I would like to use Liqui Moly for my gen as i do my vehicle. However the 15w/40 has "diesel" plastered on. It does say universal for diesel/petrol but just wanting to get verification. I would like to use this at my 150 hour change.

Anyone have any expertise/experience on this subject. I'm just looking to really take care of my equipment and i know liquimoly has done my truck well.
