Lightbulb pinnacle pendant bulb

Hi,
We have a pendant bulb out over the sink in our Pinnacle 36KPTS. We tried pulling, twisting, push and turning. We just can't get it out! All I managed to do was separate the globe from the fixture!
I am sure it's simple! My next step will be to remove the whole fixture at the ceiling and take it to a technician!
Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks, Kelly

Grab the glass not the white part... and pull......use a Kleenex when installing the new bulb.. finger oil will cause the new bulb to blow out quickly..

Have the same rig and one of my pendant bulbs burned out last week. It is a simple twist and pull. It was very difficult to get it to move and it was hard to install the new bulb. It is a 1706 bulb and there is an LED replacement.

Ours has the same Pendant type fixtures / bulbs, they do twist and come out, similar to an automotive bulb.
You have to push up a little bit and twist to get them out but as you have found out they are difficult to get in and out.
