plumbing line broken kitchen

While replacing the kitchen faucet I broke the supply line connection. The lines are some type plastic and have no removable clamps.

Any suggestions or replacing the line?

Do you have a Dremel Tool? I use that to cut the clamps, then you can hopefully pull the old connector out and replace it using a hose clamp. The other alternative is to cut the line down about 6" get a short piece of PEX line from either Home Depot. Lowes, Menards and use "SHARK BITE" fittings to do the repairs.

I put these quick connect shut-off valves on all water lines. HOWEVER, the one shown here is for 1/2" lines and my 5er has 5/8" lines which are very difficult to find. If interested in going this way, you will have to do an internet search cuz they aren't always available. Also be prepared to spend $10 +/- each.

Grumpy, My trailer has the white looking water lines will the sharkbite fittings work on that? I need to adjust the length on one of my lines and a sharkbite coupling would be just the ticket.

Those connectors are the bomb. I have used them on both the 5th wheel we had before this one and in the house. They work very well.

Sweet thanks for the info. I have used them in my house but never realized they worked on the camper water lines.
