Pop trailer 1007 : Atwood furnace dead

Good everyone,

Did some reading in the forum... Here my problem :

The furnace won't work AT ALL. I mean, there is no sound of any kind (you know, when you heard the fan starting and few seconds later the flame pop-up and go!) when I put the thermostat ON. I have gas in my tink, and power electricity plugged.

Just tell me what may cause that issue. IT seen that there is no power going through the frunace.

Thank you to tell me more about it.

Some detail to help you out : I purchased the pop-up trailer Jayco 1007 brand new in 2007. The furnace has never been replace since. When I open the trailer last spring to prepare my things, the problem occured at that time.

I did but I will again. 15 amp right? I also have the intention to buy a new T switch at Home Depot (12v.). Is there any other other fuse to check on the front panel board of the furnace?

You should fine out where to check for 12 volts at the heater using a meter.
Turn the T/Stat on and see if you get voltage to the furnace. Also if your checking fuses use a meter don't just look at them and assume they look good I have been burnt in the past by looking at a fuse and saying it looks good.

If you have it turned on (switch) and you initiate a demand call (adjust the thermostat up for heat) and you get nothing.....welcome to the club. Did you check the fault light on the control board of the furnace? It will blink an error signal when the demand call is received. Should be an error legend chart on the unit or the furnace cover grill.

Just got back from camping at the lake this week and will be taking the Pup to the dealer next week (still under warranty) for this problem as well as what appears to be a sagging frame causing the step door latch to only catch on one side (front end latch catching, rear end latch not).......Other than those two things, perfectly happy with the Pup..........just right for my 3-4 day get aways when I want or need.
