possible leak in water line

We own a 2012 Jayco Swift 267BHS. We appear to have a water leak. I first noticed it behind the furnace underneath the refrigerator. There are 2 water lines laying back there and there is water on the floor that is seaping out underneath the refrigerator and also to the left under the panel below the stove. How can you get to those pipes? The furnace is in the way and looks difficult to move. Any suggestions? We are using the RV daily.

Are you sure it isn't coming from under the sink and running back under the fridge?

Yes. It originally was only under the refrigerator and now the water has seeped to the next compartment under the stove and is now seeping into the sink area. We are really perplexed. We think there just might be a small crack in one of the lines but we can't get to it past the furnace.
On another note, we don't use the kitchen sink much at all. Mostly the shower and small vanity

Could it be the refrigerator needs defrosting? You say you are using it daily. I know mine is not a frost free, but if yours is, then the drain pan may be out of place. (I don't know if TT's have frost free or not)

I have 2018 267bhs and it can be the fridge itself if the. Drain tube entry gets frozen over inside at back of fridge....it can happen fast if fridge is jammed full.

One way to tell if it's a water line leaking is to disconnect city water, put water in your fresh water tank and turn on the water pump. The pump will start and then stops after pressure has been established in the line. If after some time (without using any water) the water pump starts again it means you're losing pressure in the line which could be an indication of a leak somewhere in the system. If the water pump stays off then it's not a leak in a line that's producing the water.

It is very rare that a pipe would leak at that location. The pex should be solid with no joints at that location. Much more likely that the water is coming from one of the sources listed by the others here.
