Power Convertor
I have a 2016 Jayco Whte Hawk 28DSBH that I purchased last July. I have noticed that the 12v LED Awning Lights and other 12v lights in the interior of the coach dim after a few minutes while connected to Shore power. Does anyone know if this is normal or could the power convertor be sending out bad voltage to the 12v lights?

Simplest way to tell is put a voltage meter in a power point [cigarette lighter] and watch your voltage. It should read anywhere from 13.2 thru 13.6. If it differs much from that, there is probably an issue.

I'm thinking that when you first connect to shore power, the converter comes online in battery boost chargeing mode, where it's putting out 14 some volts, then after a minute or so, it drops back to float charge, and down to 12.x volts......
You may see this reflected in brighter and dimming of lights I think.
Althought, I would think a voltage regulator on the output side format the converted would handle that up/down in voltage.....

I posted this earlier today on another topic...
Robot Check
There are other vendors & styles and the prices vary, too.
IMO, everyone should have one to monitor the 12v side of things.

I do not have a cigarette receptical. I assume the same results can be test by test any of the 12v lights. Any other ideas to conduct the test before I try?

Would checking the status of the Charging Wizard indicator lights help confirm this?

You should have one near the tv. Almost every tt has one there near the cable connection for a 12v tv.

I have to stand on my head and reach in the back of a cabinet to even see the cig. lighter.
Only way I could use it would be to wire one in somewhere else.
