Preventative maintenance

I've recently been doing some upgrades to our trailer which required removing the bottom cover. While working under there I noticed a rather large section that didn't have a cross member ( c channel ) for support . Most sections had spans of about 30 inches or less. The larger one had a span of over 40 inches. While I felt no noticeable dip in the floor , there were occasions when I thought I did. I have read about others who had similar trailers to mine who had areas where the floor sagged after several years. I am able to push up on this area from underneath. I bought a piece of steel and installed it. There is a noticeable difference when walking in this area. I started out to install a black tank rinser which turned into some major mods along the way. To quote Iron Man 3 " a man needs a hobby"
