Pulling out A/C

We have a Jayco 185RB. The A/C is in the wall. I want to pull it out an clean the condenser. Found a screw at the top on inside. Put still will not pull out. Has anyone had their unit out. Called Jayco. They are closed for the holiday till Monday. Leaving on a trip Monday.

I posted this question several months ago.
Only practical suggestion offered was to call or email Jayco for solution.
I did not contact Jayco.
Hope someone offers you a better response.

Found this post from a few years back, doesn't sound like a good idea to remove.

We have our 185rb at the dealer due to our fridge will not work if you run the a/c, because of it being a window unit......... it causes a vaccuum inside the trailer. Anyway, the service man was going to remove our a/c and try to seal it and he told us you cannot remove that a/c unit without tearing up the cabinet, go figure.
