I am glad you asked that ! I just got up on my roof because it is finally dry out.
Very dirty and some algae is present ( not bad just an old green) from storage I think
What do I now look for to reseal or not to reseal ? nothing is apparent at all crack wise.
I do feel a crunchy sound in some spots ? No leaks anywhere, we checked it out very well before we purchased but but could not really get up on the roof.
