I did with one of mine upon purchase and had the dealer resync it. The problems arrise when you go in or out partially then in an opposite direction. I now continue in one motion all the way to the end then hold the button down for 3 seconds to resync the motors. Since then I have not had any issues with any of them.

Welcome and congrats.

I had trouble with mine and the dealer had to replace it. It made a grinding noise when closing.

We have the same problem with our Schwintec slide on the street side. Three different dealers have been unable to get it to go all the way in. If they can't get it to go in all the way keep an eye on your linoleum when the slide is in. It will not lift up away from the floor like it should.

There are loads of youtube videos for the schwintek slide systems. Everything from installation to re-syncing the slide.

Check out the you tube video on removing and replacing thr motors. There is a set screw on the outside of the rig. Mine came loose and the motor turned breaking one of the wires. I took the motor out resoldered the wire and reinstalled it. Tighten the set screw onthe other motor and has been working fine. I also run the slide all the way in or all the way out.

Great info here. Just ordered some CRC power lube from Amazon. My slide pops on the way in and out so hopefully this will cure it.

Starcraft 24 RLS schwintek slide noise

We have a 2016 Starcraft 24rls, it too has a popping sound when moving out.
It did this at the dealership and the tech said it was the rubber seal slapping the slide when it moving, BS. To me it sounds more like the gear is jumping the teeth on the rack. This noise is only on one side, nearly all the way out.
I really doubt lube is going to change this noise.

If your looking for the controller for the schwintek system on this RV it is under the TV stand near the heater.
