six point leveling system

i have read posts in other sections of the forum that people have and are having problems getting system to work reliably. my question is has anyone gotten to that point of consistent reliability of operation. Has any of the fixes work long term? or are you still having problems getting it to work consistently. just checking to see if I am the only one having problems with my unit . I don't know what to do I cannot use my unit because it does not level therefore I cannot operate slides please help

Our's in the PINNACLE has been great. With the said the instructions from Lippert and Jayco say the FW should be relatively level when you start. Those were the same instructions from Power Gear for our SENECA so they are not specific to Lippert.

It has been back to dealer , they have replaced the 'brain' . They always say its fixed , but when I set it up , it doesn't work . Been to. Dealer at least. 3 Times , have called them from differant camp sites at least 8 times trying to get it to work , all with no fix .Don't really want to go camping anymore , because every time I leave home I'm pretty sure it will not work .

What do you mean doesn't work? Won't auto level or you can't operate it manually either.

its hit and miss on auto level , not all legs come down . sometimes middle leg on one side will not come down . turn unit off , wait , turn on , press auto level , then one back leg wont lower all way . middle legs will not operate manually .

Have you tried to re-calibrate the system? If the dealer replaced the controller there is nothing else to go wrong unless there is a bad ground or connection on the motors.

I would not trust that they set the 0, I would do it myself to know it's been done.
That's just me though.
