Slide will not seal at top

I have a 2016 Jayco Redhawk 26 XD. When I bring in the front slide the upper front corner sticks out about 3 inches allowing water, dust and what ever to come in. Its been this way from the beginning. I have been sick and have not used this MH but a couple of times and it has been stored inside. Now I hope to start using it. I took it to the dealer where I bought it new but they did not seen to know how to adjust it. Any Ideas I can try.

Call Jayco and ask where there is a dealer than knows how to fix it.

I had an independent service man tell me that if you get anything with a slide, make sure it has an awning over the slide. It will help with water penetrating, leaves sliding in, dust, etc. So when I bought my 27BHS I spent the extra $500 to have them install the awning over my slide.
