Soft spot on inside back wall

I have a 2009 Jayco 32BHDS.

A few years ago we sustained some hail damage on the back of the RV and have recently noticed a soft spot on the inside of the trailer in the rear just below the window. I don't think it is hail damage related more so it appears the seals the window sits on is deteriorating and weathered and possibly leaking from there. I also noticed the vertical strips on the rear corners of the RV on both sides appear to have a simular seal weathered and worn.

Is removing the rear window and rear panels a big deal? I would like to replace the panels because of hail damage while at it. Doesn't look that difficult but thought I would ask. Sometimes there could be a "can of worms" so to speak you open up doing jobs like this. I am not afraid of tackling much anything.

thanks for any advice

Welcome to the forum.

I can't help with your questions, but I have one; is your trailer aluminum sided? I assume yes because of the age and the hail damage.
