Stuck Baggage Latch

Any advice on how I can unlock a baggage hatch? I think something shifted in a baggage compartment and I can't unlock the hatch. I'm afraid I may snap the key if I try to force it too much. I have some PT boards, a bottle jack, and a portable battery pack in the compartment. Some creative minds out there so I'm sure somebody will have an idea.
Thanks!

Not sure what a "Redhawk" is but I had the same problem yesterday with my TT pass through. I, son-in-law actually, went through the forward bed storage area and into the pass through area. Removed the offending object and we were in. If there is no other access to the compartment what I did won't work. You might try driving around with some swerving motions and/or hitting the brakes hard, forward and backwards, to see if that dislodges the object.
