Toilet water over spraying, nozzle assembly issue?

My new Jayco Octane has an issue with the toilet. It didn't do this at first but it was not long after that it began overspraying water when you step to flush the toilet. Not just a little water but a geyser shooting around the rim of the toilet and overspraying the shower cutain and the floor.

Now it's really touchy and I don't let the kids flush for themselves, they are not amused.

I have a jayco octane 222. Am fairly sure its an aqua magic toilet although I can't go out and check right now. It sounds like the nozzle assembly may be the problem? Do I have to take the entire toilet off to check this?

(forgot to mention it's not air in the lines, thought of that)

Here is a gratuitous picture of my camper from last weekend...

Maybe you got the new option toilet/bidet setup. Hope you didn't pay extra if that's not what you wanted.

one of the kids must have flushed to get this much water!

On the serious side though, maybe to high water pressure going into your system?

Haha, it's very refreshing but not in a good way, lol. I have a water pressure regulator. Actually I have two and tried both, same result.

Could the flush nozzle be twisted? Maybe some mfg debris found its way to the nozzle.

I actually had that problem with the bathroom sink. When I filed the hot water tank some funky stuff coveted the screen on the faucet. It was spraying water also. I took it off and cleaned it. No hot water in the toilet though. . But maybe something.

Every year when I winterize, I just blow out the lines (no pink stuff). Then, when I take it out of storage, there is always a bunch of debris in my faucet strainers. Could be the problem in your toilet.
