Tor flex axles.
After I got home from my last trip I emptied out my trailer. While washing it I noticed that I had lost most of my wheel body clearance. Saw my Jayco dealer who sent me to a frame/suspension shop that told me the torflex were not rebuildable and needed to be replaced at a cost of around $4000.00. Anyone else had a problem like this?

I haven't heard of it being a problem with the TorFlex suspensions over time, but my BIL had a 2007 29N with the TorFlex and I do remember that when loaded heavy the wheel well clearance did close up quickly.
The TorFlex suspension is a great suspension but not as robust as a leaf spring suspension under rough or off-road conditions. Most TT suspensions may settle a little over time, especially under regular heavy loaded conditions.
Have you ever weighed your TT under loaded conditions?

I weight it every year and am under weight ... but I have put over 10,000 miles on it in 4 years...

When you store your trailer over the winter jack the wheels off the ground and support it on jack stands. This will allow the tor-flex elements to relax and last longer.

Not if you live in your trailer on the same spot!  You could put it on jackstands and it would be super stable...no rocking.
