Wheel Rims Flaking

I just took the TT out of storage and started spring clean up and I noticed all 4 of my rims have started Flaking the top coat above the chrome its like plastic and its coming off in hunks.

Well I went to the dealer and they contacted Jayco and they want my rims and tires back not just the rims but tires as well. They are sending the dealer 4 new rims and tires. Keep in mine I have 6 months left of the 24 month warranty left. What a manufacture to stand behind the warranty. Thats why we own Jayco's.
