White dust keeps blowing out of a/c

Has anyone had this problem where the a/c on my Jayflight 19rd keeps blowing white dust out of it. It gets a layer all over. Thought it might all blow out after awhile but its been a year and have used it for about 30 days in that year. My next thought is tear into it and clean the coil and blower wheel. Thanks Dan

Never had the dust, but we are pretty diligent in cleaning it. Evap and condensor coils twice a year, filter once a week. Even when we didn't full time, changed filter every trip or every other. We buy the filter material in bigger sheets and I cut 20+ filters at a time. Cheap insurance, doesn't cost hardly anything, and definitely makes the coil cleaning easier. Last thing you want to skimp on is a $500-$1000 AC.

I'm not sure what the white dust is you're experiencing.

Try running a small vacuum hose in the ducts. We had small bits of Styrofoam insulation exiting the vents for a good while. I thought it was just construction debris.

Where do you find the filter material?

Order it from Walmart or lowes I believe but can get it online several places. "Duck Foam Air Conditioner Filter". 15x24x1/4". $0.96 a piece I believe.
