Whitehawk Owners - Shower Leak

Whitehawk Owners with a shower pan and surround, are you having difficulty with water running out between the surround and the pan? If so what did yo do about it?

The first time we used our shower, I was getting leaking under the glass panel on the side of the shower enclosure facing the toilet. So, I re-caulked with clear silicone tub and tile caulk on both sides of the glass panel. We also bought a squeegee which we use when done with a shower to remove the water from the glass panels. (This also helps keep the shower clean.) Finally, we also try not to step near the edges of the shower pan. So, far it has worked, but we've only used our shower a handful of times since I re-caulked. It remains to be seen if this is a long-term fix.

We also use a squeegee and rainx to help with cleanup.

That is the same place ours leaks. I have used several types of sealer...proflex lasts the longest but eventually starts leaking again.

The flexing and movement of towing as well as using the shower causes separation between the shower pan and surround. Does not leak much.
